Time is what we choose to do with it. Today when I was smoking I thought to myself 'I burn up a lot of time smoking'. It doesn't really accomplish much. A bunch of chemicals in the brain and lungs and that's about it. I use to take a lot of time out of my day to smoke. Stop, go to a designated area, waist ten minutes and go about my business. I would often think about how much more time I would have if I didn't smoke... Anyway, I really like the video. It provokes thought and advocates change. It also puts history in perspective to some degree.
My question is, what are you doing with your time?
